• Account Data: Retained for the duration of your active account relationship with superaceph, plus a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by AML regulations.
• Transaction Records: Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, in compliance with Philippine AML and tax regulations.
• KYC Documents: Identity verification documents are retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the end of the business relationship, as required by applicable regulations.
• Support Communications: Customer support records are retained for three (3) years from the date of the last interaction, unless a longer period is required for dispute resolution or legal proceedings.
• Marketing Data: Data processed on the basis of consent for marketing purposes is retained until you withdraw your consent or request deletion, whichever occurs first.
• Technical Logs: Server and access logs are retained for up to twelve (12) months for security monitoring and fraud detection purposes.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized. Anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for statistical and analytical purposes.

The superaceph Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above. superaceph does not knowingly collect, process, or retain personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

All account registrations are subject to age verification checks. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and any personal data associated with that account will be deleted in accordance with our data retention procedures, subject to any legal obligations to retain records of the underage access incident.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor under your care has registered an account on superaceph, please contact us immediately at the details provided in Section 13. We will investigate and take appropriate action promptly.

superaceph reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Post a prominent notice on the Platform informing players of the change.
• Where practicable, send a notification to the email address associated with your account.
