By accessing, registering on, or using the superaceph platform (the "Platform"), you ("User," "Player," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and superaceph. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

To register and maintain an account on superaceph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under applicable Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of superaceph, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the superaceph Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

superaceph reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by superaceph may result in account suspension pending verification.

To access the full features of the superaceph Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active superaceph account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. superaceph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• KYC Verification: superaceph is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts, particularly prior to processing withdrawal requests. You agree to provide any documentation requested by superaceph for this purpose, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your superaceph account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

superaceph reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

superaceph supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Currency: All transactions on superaceph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion fees are applied to PHP transactions.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to fully KYC-verified accounts. Accounts with pending verification requests may have withdrawals placed on hold until verification is complete.
• Withdrawal Processing: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) control.
• Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

superaceph reserves the right to delay or decline any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

superaceph offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. superaceph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be available to players who have previously self-excluded or who are subject to account restrictions.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses and associated free bets expire within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion's terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account without notice.
• Abuse Prevention: superaceph actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, coordinated wagering to artificially meet wagering requirements, and other forms of promotional exploitation. Accounts found to be abusing promotions will be suspended and bonus balances forfeited.
• Modification and Withdrawal: superaceph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available on the superaceph Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• Random Number Generation: All non-live casino games on superaceph use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game outcomes are not influenced by previous results, bet sizes, or any other external factors.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. All live game sessions are recorded. In the event of a technical dispute, the recorded session will be used as the definitive record of the game outcome.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or connectivity issue that affects the integrity of a game round, superaceph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
• Bet Acceptance: superaceph reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed in error or bets that exploit a technical error in the Platform.
• Minimum and Maximum Bets: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. superaceph may adjust these limits at any time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the superaceph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from illegal sources.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker or coordinating bets in live dealer games.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to superaceph immediately.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing superaceph staff or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the superaceph Platform, including but not limited to the superaceph brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of superaceph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from superaceph.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use any superaceph trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written permission.

Any unauthorized use of superaceph's intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at the details provided in Section 15.

superaceph is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all players. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an account on superaceph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including:

• Collection of registration information, including name, date of birth, address, and contact details.
• Processing of financial transaction data for payment processing and AML compliance purposes.
• Storage of KYC documentation for identity verification and regulatory compliance.
• Analysis of gameplay data for fraud detection, responsible gaming monitoring, and platform improvement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, superaceph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or Platform downtime.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game.
• Losses arising from events beyond superaceph's reasonable control, including force majeure events.

superaceph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

superaceph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Upon account closure, superaceph will process any verified remaining balance to the player's registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any pending investigations. Balances associated with accounts closed due to fraud or Terms violations may be forfeited.

You may close your superaceph account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

superaceph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, controlled environment for all players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all superaceph players from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of your session duration and net gaming activity.

superaceph strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will not knowingly permit underage individuals to access the Platform. If you are aware of an underage person accessing superaceph, please contact our support team immediately.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and superaceph, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. Our support team is available 24/7 and will make every reasonable effort to resolve your concern promptly and fairly.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

superaceph's decisions regarding game outcomes, account actions, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject only to manifest error. Complaints regarding game outcomes must be submitted within seven (7) days of the relevant event.

superaceph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, superaceph will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Your continued use of the superaceph Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
